Ingredients

For the batter:

  • 160 g wheat flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 200 g sour cream

  • 180 g sugar

  • 2 g vanilla

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tbsp 9% vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds

  • 2 tbsp raisins (pre-soaked in hot water)

For the cream:

  • 450 g sour cream (20% fat)

  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 1/3 tsp citric acid
