Quick Curd Cake with Cherries – I Bake It Every Week, Only 5 Minutes to Prepare!

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.

  2. Add the oil, yogurt, flour, and baking powder. Mix briefly until just combined.

  3. Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  4. Crumble the curd cheese evenly over the top, then distribute the cherries and gently press them into the batter.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F), top and bottom heat, for about 40–45 minutes, until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  6. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
