Instructions:

Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Crumble the curd cheese evenly over the top, then distribute the cherries and gently press them into the batter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F), top and bottom heat, for about 40–45 minutes, until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
