Quick Chocolate Cakes – Ready in 5 Minutes!

  1. Melt the Chocolate:
    Melt 200 g of dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.

  2. Combine with Butter:
    Pour the melted chocolate into a bowl and add 125 g of melted butter.
    Whisk until smooth and well combined.

  3. Add Sugar:
    Stir in 120 g of sugar, mixing until fully dissolved.

  4. Add Eggs:
    Add 3 eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition.

  5. Add Flour & Flavoring:
    Gently mix in 50 g of sifted flour.
    If you like, add a vial of rum or vanilla extract for extra flavor.

🧁 Baking:

  • Grease and dust aluminum muffin molds with unsweetened cocoa powder.

  • Fill each mold with 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C (356Β°F) for about 10–12 minutes.
