Preparation:

First, season the ground meat, onions, garlic, and 100g of cheese with salt and pepper.

Roll out the dough on a baking tray with a little oil. Spread the mixture over the dough, roll up the dough, and cut it into slices about 2 cm thick. (Or simply bake it as a rolled log.)

Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle the remaining 100g of cheese on top. Bake at 210°C (top and bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. Done!
Tip:
You can also pre-cook the ground meat before spreading it on the dough — then the baking time will be about 30 minutes.
