Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare biscuits: Open the can of biscuits and separate them into 8 individual biscuits. Gently flatten each biscuit with your hands.
- Fill biscuits: Place a mozzarella cube in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese cube and pinch the seams to seal.
- Arrange on baking sheet: Place each cheese-filled dough ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Make garlic butter mixture: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush and sprinkle: Brush each cheese bomb with the garlic butter mixture, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve: Allow the cheese bombs to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with optional marinara sauce for dipping.
