🫙 Pickled Plums – Version for Refrigerated Storage

Ingredients (Makes approx. 4 × 500 ml jars):

  • 3 kg firm, slightly underripe plums

  • 1.2 kg sugar

  • 250 ml 9% vinegar

  • 10 whole cloves

  • 10 black peppercorns

  • 4 bay leaves

  • 1 heaping tsp cinnamon
