Parmesan Cheese Balls Crispy and flavorful cheese croquettes you’ll love

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan with sweet paprika and freshly ground black pepper.

  2. Stir with a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients well.

  3. In a separate bowl, pour in the egg whites, then gradually add the seasoned Parmesan mixture, stirring continuously.

  4. Mix until you get a smooth, cohesive dough. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  5. After chilling, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls about the size of a walnut.
