Pan-Fried Chicken Breast with Brown Mushroom Sauce, Served with Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast: 800 g

  • Brown mushrooms: 400 g

  • Onion: 1 large

  • Garlic: 3 cloves

  • Heavy cream (30% fat): 200 ml

  • Chicken broth: 150 ml

  • Potatoes: 1 kg

  • Milk: 150 ml

  • Butter: 50 g

  • Salt: to taste

  • Black pepper: to taste

  • Parsley: a handful

  • Olive oil: 3 tbsp

  • Flour: 1 tbsp
