Oven-Baked Shashlik Stew

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (356 °F).

  2. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes. Dice the bell pepper and onion as well.

  3. Heat oil in a large pot or roasting pan and sear the meat on all sides. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, and cumin.

  4. Add the onion and garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.

  5. Add the bell pepper and stir well to combine flavors.

  6. Pour in the tomato sauce, mix everything, and cover the pot with a lid.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.

  8. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs like parsley and enjoy hot.
