Preparation
Cover the pork slices with plastic wrap and tenderize both sides with a meat mallet to soften. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix the potato slices with salt, pepper, paprika, and oil.
Thread the skewers alternately with potatoes, meat, onion rings, and optionally bacon.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F). Line a baking tray with damp parchment paper or foil, place the skewers on it, and wrap tightly. Bake for about 60 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: mix soy sauce, ketchup, honey, and mustard.
After an hour, remove the foil/paper, brush the skewers with the sauce, and bake uncovered for another 15–20 minutes until golden.
