Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix the broken Oreos and melted butter. Press down into a 9X9 inch pan that you’ve lined with parchment paper.
- Put the crust in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and place the pan on a cooling rack. Turn up the heat on the oven to 350 degrees.
- Now it’s time to make the brownie layer. Mix the butter and chocolate chips over medium-low heat. Stir and melt smoothly for 5 minutes.
- Add in the 3/4 cup of sugar and mix.
- Next, mix in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the vanilla.
- Add the cocoa powder, flour, and salt slowly.
- Mix and pour over the top of the baked crust.
- Put a layer of the broken Oreos over the top.
- Next, it’s time to make the cheesecake layer.
- Start by beating the cream cheese. Put the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it until melted, stirring every 20 seconds.
- Mix the melted white chocolate with the cream cheese.
- Stir in the sugar and the vanilla.
- Beat the remaining egg and add. Mix.
- Put the mixture onto the Oreo layer and smooth out. Leave a bit of room around the edges as you don’t want it to burn.
- Put more broken Oreos on top and put in the oven to bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool for 1 hour, then cover and put the fridge for 2-3 hours to chill.
