Oreo Cheesecake Brownie Bars

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix the broken Oreos and melted butter. Press down into a 9X9 inch pan that you’ve lined with parchment paper.
  3. Put the crust in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and place the pan on a cooling rack. Turn up the heat on the oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Now it’s time to make the brownie layer. Mix the butter and chocolate chips over medium-low heat. Stir and melt smoothly for 5 minutes.
  5. Add in the 3/4 cup of sugar and mix.
  6. Next, mix in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the vanilla.
  7. Add the cocoa powder, flour, and salt slowly.
  8. Mix and pour over the top of the baked crust.
  9. Put a layer of the broken Oreos over the top.
  10. Next, it’s time to make the cheesecake layer.
  11. Start by beating the cream cheese. Put the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it until melted, stirring every 20 seconds.
  12. Mix the melted white chocolate with the cream cheese.
  13. Stir in the sugar and the vanilla.
  14. Beat the remaining egg and add. Mix.
  15. Put the mixture onto the Oreo layer and smooth out. Leave a bit of room around the edges as you don’t want it to burn.
  16. Put more broken Oreos on top and put in the oven to bake for 35-40 minutes.
  17. Let cool for 1 hour, then cover and put the fridge for 2-3 hours to chill.
