Preparation:

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes light and foamy.
Add the oil, orange juice, and orange zest, and mix well.

Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Let it cool before removing from the pan.
You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top or make an orange glaze by mixing powdered sugar with a bit of orange juice.
