Instructions:
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
Spoon the mixture into the jalapeño halves, then press the halves back together to form a whole jalapeño.
Roll each jalapeño in panko breadcrumbs to coat.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F. Fry the jalapeños in batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
