Instructions:

 

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Cook sausage: Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.
  3. Prepare hashbrown mixture: Combine hashbrowns, cooked sausage, cheeses, onions, bell peppers, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
  4. Form bites: Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into small balls. Place on prepared baking sheet or into muffin tin.
  5. Bake bites: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Garnish and serve: Garnish with parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
