Instructions
Make the Crust

Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar.

Spoon 2–3 tablespoons into each jar.

Press down gently.

Chill in fridge for 10 minutes.
Prepare the Strawberry Topping

Add strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a pan.

Cook on medium heat for 5–7 minutes until soft and juicy.

(Optional) Add cornstarch slurry for a thicker sauce.

Let it cool completely.
Make the Cheesecake Filling

Beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whip the cold cream until soft peaks form.

Fold whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
Assemble the Jars

Add cheesecake filling over the crust.

Spoon strawberry topping on top.

Repeat layers if jar is tall.

Chill for at least 2–3 hours (best overnight).
Serve & Enjoy
Top with fresh strawberries or mint leaves
