 INSTRUCTIONS & METHODS

1. Make the Crust

  1. Mix crushed shortbread cookies, pecans, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  2. Stir until evenly coated and moist.
  3. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 pan.
  4. Chill 20–30 minutes to firm up.

2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer

  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar; blend until creamy.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spread evenly over chilled crust.

3. Prepare the Pudding Layer

  1. Whisk pudding mixes with milk and vanilla.
  2. Mix until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  3. Spread over cream cheese layer.

4. Add Final Topping

  1. Spread remaining whipped topping evenly.
  2. Add your Christmas garnishes.

5. Chill

  • Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight for best results.
