INSTRUCTIONS & METHODS
1. Make the Crust
- Mix crushed shortbread cookies, pecans, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Stir until evenly coated and moist.
- Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 pan.
- Chill 20–30 minutes to firm up.
2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar; blend until creamy.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread evenly over chilled crust.
3. Prepare the Pudding Layer
- Whisk pudding mixes with milk and vanilla.
- Mix until thickened (about 2 minutes).
- Spread over cream cheese layer.
4. Add Final Topping
- Spread remaining whipped topping evenly.
- Add your Christmas garnishes.
5. Chill
- Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight for best results.
