No-Bake Banana Split Cake

 Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

1. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until fully combined and resembles wet sand.
2. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form an even crust.
3. Place in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the next layer.

Step 2: Make the Cream Cheese Layer

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
2. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
3. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.

Step 3: Layer the Fruits

1. Spread the well-drained crushed pineapple over the cream cheese layer.
2. Arrange banana slices in an even layer over the pineapple.
3. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the bananas, sealing to the edges.

Step 4: Garnish and Chill

1. Sprinkle with chopped nuts (if using).
2. Arrange strawberry slices decoratively over the top.
3. Drizzle generously with chocolate syrup.
4. Place maraschino cherries at regular intervals for that classic banana split look.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

 Serving Method

Slice into squares and serve chilled. For an extra treat, add a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.
