Instructions:

Prepare the Cake:
- Combine the dry ingredients (cake mix and pudding mix) in a large bowl.
 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients (eggs, vanilla, oil, sour cream/buttermilk, and coffee).
 - Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
 - Fold in the chocolate chips.
 - Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9×13 inch baking pan.
 - Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
 - Let the cake cool completely before frosting.

- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
 - Whisk in the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla, milk, and walnuts.
 - Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
 - Let the ganache cool slightly before spreading it over the cooled cake.
 
 
Serve:
- Serve the cake warm or at room temperature.
