Napoleon “Six Hundred” – I Finally Found It! Made with Water, No Expensive Cream! Just Like Vanilla Ice Cream!

A very juicy and tender cake that simply melts in your mouth! It’s easy to make and tastes like vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients:

For the Cake Layers:

  • 300 g cold water

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp 9% vinegar

  • 900 g flour

  • 400 g cold butter or margarine

For the Cream:

  • 200 g sugar

  • 70 g starch (cornstarch preferred)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 liter milk

  • 20 g vanilla sugar

  • 200 g softened butter

  • 300 g sweetened condensed milk
