Napoleon Cake with Cream

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • Butter – 250 g

  • Sour cream – 200 g

  • Salt – a pinch

  • Eggs – 1

  • All-purpose flour – ~400–500 g (amount may vary depending on flour moisture and egg size)

For the cream:

  • Milk – 500 ml

  • Sugar – 250 g

  • Vanilla sugar – 1 packet (~2 tsp)

  • Flour – 1 tbsp

  • Potato starch – 1 tbsp

  • Eggs – 2

  • Butter (room temperature) – 200 g
