My sister-in-law made these once and I couldn’t stop eating ’em. I was out of control. If I make this recipe, it will be gone in no time

Ingredients

For the Potato Waltz:

Ingredient Quantity
Russet Potatoes (scrubbed and cut into fries) 4 large
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon
Onion Powder 1 teaspoon
Smoked Paprika 1 teaspoon
Salt and Black Pepper To taste

For the Parmesan Crescendo:

Ingredient Quantity
Parmesan Cheese (grated) 1 cup
Fresh Parsley (finely chopped) 1/4 cup
Garlic (minced)
