Instructions:

- Make frosting: In a saucepan, combine evaporated milk, egg yolks, butter, sugars, and cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Add toppings: Stir in coconut, pecans, and vanilla. Let frosting cool slightly.
- Frost and chill: Spread frosting over cooled cake. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
