Mongolian Noodles with Ground Beef Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the beef: In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Add garlic & ginger: Stir in the minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and cornstarch. Pour sauce into the pan with the beef.
  5. Simmer & thicken: Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Add noodles: Toss cooked noodles into the pan, coating them well with the sauce. Add any optional veggies and cook until heated through.
  7. Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with green onions and red pepper flakes (if using). Serve hot and enjoy!
