Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and ground ginger. Mix everything well so the flavors combine nicely. -
Cook the noodles:
Add the ramen noodles and 500 ml of water to the pot. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the noodles from sticking. -
Finish & serve:
Drizzle in the sesame oil, stir to combine, and plate the dish. Garnish with freshly chopped spring onions – they add freshness and a pop of color.
