Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles – One Pot Wonder

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Brown the beef:
In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s nicely browned. Stir regularly to ensure even cooking.

  2. Add onion and garlic:
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the beef and sauté for about 3 minutes, until soft and fragrant.

  3. Add the flavor:
Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and ground ginger. Mix everything well so the flavors combine nicely.

  4. Cook the noodles:
Add the ramen noodles and 500 ml of water to the pot. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the noodles from sticking.

  5. Finish & serve:
Drizzle in the sesame oil, stir to combine, and plate the dish. Garnish with freshly chopped spring onions – they add freshness and a pop of color.

🔥 Tip:

Add chili flakes or a dash of sriracha if you like it spicy. You can also toss in vegetables like carrots or bell peppers to make it more colorful and nutritious.
