Ingredients
For the Cake:
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp milk (any kind)
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp lemon zest (zest before juicing!)
For the Glaze:
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ to 1 tsp lemon juice
