Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a 24 x 10.5 x 7 cm (9 x 4 x 3 inch) loaf pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mash Bananas
In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients
Add melted butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla essence to the bananas. Mix well until combined.
Step 4: Combine Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and salt.
Step 5: Combine Wet & Dry Mixtures
Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Stir until just combined—do not overmix.
Step 6: Pour Batter
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Step 7: Bake
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 8: Cool
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
