Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
2. In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
3. In a baking dish, layer zucchini slices, then chicken pieces, then tomato halves.
4. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
5. Bake for 25‑30 min, until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden and bubbly.
6. Serve hot, optionally with a side of rice or crusty bread.
