Bake the meatloaf cupcakes for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and return to the pot.

Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Top each baked meatloaf cupcake with whipped potato mixture.

Return the cupcakes to the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes until the topping is lightly golden.
