Made it twice and it turned out perfect both times. Apple Charlotte: a quick and delicate dessert

Instructions:

  1. Mix the eggs with sugar and milk.

  2. Blend the apples into pieces using a blender.

  3. Add the lemon juice and sifted flour to the mixture. Stir the batter with a spatula.

  4. Add the baking powder and mix again.

  5. Pour the batter into a baking dish.

  6. Top with peeled apple slices and small pieces of butter.

  7. Sprinkle the pie with sugar.

  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 50 minutes.

The fragrant apple batter simply melts in your mouth, and the apple pieces turn into golden amber sweetness. This pie is perfect for guests or a cozy family tea time.
