Little Breton Biscuits

Ingredients (makes about 40 pieces):

  • 250 g (2 cups) flour

  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk

  • 150 g (¾ cup) sugar

  • ½ packet baking powder (about 5–6 g or 1 tsp)

  • 60 g (4 tbsp) butter

  • 4 tablespoons milk
