Ingredients

  • 2 lemons (unwaxed/untreated)

  • 80 ml extra-virgin olive oil

  • 8 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (36 months aged)

  • 60 g pine nuts

  • 5 basil leaves

  • Parsley, to taste

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 pinch coarse salt
