Instructions:

Prepare the chicken:
Cut the chicken breast into strips and lightly coat them in flour. -
Sauté:
In a pan, heat the olive oil and butter with the whole garlic clove. Remove the garlic once it’s golden. -
Cook the chicken:
Add the floured chicken strips to the pan and brown them over high heat for a few minutes, until golden. -
Add lemon:
Pour in the lemon juice and add the grated lemon zest. Mix well. -
Season and simmer:
Season with salt and pepper, lower the heat, and let it cook for 5–6 minutes until the sauce slightly reduces. -
Finish:
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. -
Serve:
Serve hot, accompanied by grilled vegetables or a light side dish. A fresh, fragrant, and quick meal!
