Lemon Chicken Strips

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the chicken:
    Cut the chicken breast into strips and lightly coat them in flour.

  2. Sauté:
    In a pan, heat the olive oil and butter with the whole garlic clove. Remove the garlic once it’s golden.

  3. Cook the chicken:
    Add the floured chicken strips to the pan and brown them over high heat for a few minutes, until golden.

  4. Add lemon:
    Pour in the lemon juice and add the grated lemon zest. Mix well.

  5. Season and simmer:
    Season with salt and pepper, lower the heat, and let it cook for 5–6 minutes until the sauce slightly reduces.

  6. Finish:
    Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.

  7. Serve:
    Serve hot, accompanied by grilled vegetables or a light side dish. A fresh, fragrant, and quick meal!
