👨‍🍳 Preparation

1. Lemon base mixture

Mix or blend the plain yogurt and condensed milk in a bowl.
Add honey if you prefer extra sweetness.
Add the lemon juice and mix until smooth and creamy.

2. Prepare the gelatin

Hydrate the gelatin in ¼ cup of water and let it sit for a few minutes.
Then heat it using a double boiler until fully dissolved.

3. Combine with gelatin

Slowly add the dissolved gelatin to the lemon mixture.
Stir continuously to ensure it blends evenly.
Add a little lemon zest.

4. Layering

In a mold (preferably a springform pan), create layers:

  • a layer of cookies
  • a layer of lemon cream
  • repeat cookies
  • repeat cream

Finish with a layer of cream on top.

5. Chill

Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or until fully set.
For best results, leave it overnight.

6. Decoration

Carefully remove from the mold.
Decorate with fresh lemon zest and lemon slices.
