Invisible Apple Loaf Cake  The kitchen will smell amazing — an easy, quick, and delicate apple cake full of flavor!

Instructions:

  1. Lightly beat the eggs with the sugar.

  2. Add the oil, milk, and sifted flour with baking powder.

  3. Whisk until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

  4. Peel and slice the apples very thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.

  5. Add the sliced apples to the batter and mix gently until they’re well coated.

  6. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.

  7. Sprinkle some grated lemon zest on top, if desired.

  8. Arrange a few more thin apple slices over the surface.

  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for about 45 minutes, until golden and set.

  10. Let cool completely, dust with powdered sugar, and serve. 🍰
