Instructions
1. Mix the wet ingredients:

In a bowl, crack the egg and add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well until smooth.

Add the oil and yogurt, stirring to combine.
2. Add the dry ingredients:

Sift the flour and baking powder directly into the bowl with the wet ingredients.

Mix until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
3. Cooking:

Pour the batter into a nonstick pan and cook over low heat.

Cover with a lid and cook for about 10–15 minutes, until the dessert is set and golden.
4. Serving:

Let it cool slightly before serving.

You can top it with powdered sugar or fresh fruit if you like.
Notes:

If the batter seems too thick, add a little more yogurt.

If you don’t have vanilla sugar, use a few drops of vanilla extract instead.
