If You Have 1 Egg and Yogurt, Make This Dessert in 5 Minutes!

Instructions

1. Mix the wet ingredients:

  • In a bowl, crack the egg and add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well until smooth.

  • Add the oil and yogurt, stirring to combine.

2. Add the dry ingredients:

  • Sift the flour and baking powder directly into the bowl with the wet ingredients.

  • Mix until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.

3. Cooking:

  • Pour the batter into a nonstick pan and cook over low heat.

  • Cover with a lid and cook for about 10–15 minutes, until the dessert is set and golden.

4. Serving:

  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

  • You can top it with powdered sugar or fresh fruit if you like.

Notes:

  • If the batter seems too thick, add a little more yogurt.

  • If you don’t have vanilla sugar, use a few drops of vanilla extract instead.
