Idaho Janes A sweet and salty treat from the potato state!

Preparation

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, then set aside.
  2. Add chocolate chips to a large microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until chips are fully melted.
  3. Add the chopped walnuts and crushed potato chips to the bowl and mix until evenly incorporated. Let mixture cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Use a small cookie scoop to scoop the mixture into small mounds on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Allow candy to fully cool, then store in an airtight container or bag until ready to enjoy.
