Preparation
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, then set aside.
- Add chocolate chips to a large microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until chips are fully melted.
- Add the chopped walnuts and crushed potato chips to the bowl and mix until evenly incorporated. Let mixture cool for 5 minutes.
- Use a small cookie scoop to scoop the mixture into small mounds on the prepared baking sheet.
- Allow candy to fully cool, then store in an airtight container or bag until ready to enjoy.
