I was amazed at how quickly they were ready – Apple Balls in 5 Minutes

Instructions:

  1. First, peel, core, and roughly chop the apples.

  2. Next, mix the quark, rapeseed oil, vanilla seeds, and sugar together.

  3. Then, knead in the flour and baking powder by hand. Finally, add the apples. The larger apple chunks make the balls wonderfully moist.

  4. Now form 7–10 balls and bake at 180°C (fan oven) for 25 minutes.

If you like, you can roll them in cinnamon sugar while they’re still hot.
