I swear I can eat this every day for lunch or dinner!

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush lightly with olive oil or spritz with cooking spray.
  2. First Layer: Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the mozzarella on it.
  3. Add Turkey and Bacon: Evenly distribute the cooked turkey and bacon over the cheese.
  4. Drizzle Ranch Dressing: Drizzle the ranch dressing over the turkey and bacon layers.
  5. Second Layer: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top, then cover with the second tortilla.
  6. Cook the Quesadilla: Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Flip and Cook: Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Rest and Serve: Slide the quesadilla onto a cutting board, let it sit for a minute, then cut into wedges.
  9. Optional Garnishes: Serve immediately with chosen sides and optional garnishes for extra flavor and presentation.
