Slow Cooker Corn on the Cob

Steps to make

 

 

Prepare corn

Husk 6-8 ears of corn and remove all the silk. Cut ears of corn in half, if needed, and lightly brush with olive oil. Sprinkle each piece of corn with salt and black pepper.

Combine ingredients

To the bowl of a slow cooker, add ¾ cup water and corn.

Cook

Cover the slow cooker with a lid and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.

Serve

Serve the corn hot with butter, if desired.
