Homemade Cowboy Butter with Herbs, Garlic & Smoked Paprika
In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened butter with garlic, parsley, chives, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and cayenne if using.
Mix thoroughly using a fork or spatula until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Spoon the butter mixture onto a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap.
Shape into a log and roll tightly, twisting the ends to seal.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Slice into rounds and serve as desired—for spreading, melting over grilled meats, dipping seafood, or enhancing roasted veggies.
