Homemade Chocolate Cream

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, mix the milk, cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla sugar while cold.

  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

  3. Remove from the heat and add the dark chocolate, broken into pieces. Stir until completely melted and smooth.

  4. Pour into small jars or ramekins.

  5. Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Tasty tip

For an even creamier texture, add a small splash of heavy cream at the end of cooking!
