homemade caramel apple biscuit bites

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center. Fold the edges of the biscuit to create a sealed ball.
  4. Arrange the filled biscuits in the baking dish, leaving space between each.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the biscuit bites and sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired.
