🥣 Instructions
1. Blend the base
In a blender, combine:

Whiskey

Sweetened condensed milk

Heavy cream
Blend on medium speed for about 10 seconds until well combined.
2. Add flavorings
Add:

Chocolate syrup

Espresso powder
-
Vanilla extract
-
Almond and coconut extracts (if using)
Blend again on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and the coffee granules are fully dissolved. The mixture should be creamy and uniform in color.
3. Taste and adjust (optional)

For more sweetness: Add a bit more chocolate syrup.

For stronger coffee flavor: Add a little more espresso powder.

For more alcohol kick: Add another splash of whiskey.
Blend briefly after any adjustments.
🍶 Bottle and Store

Pour the Irish cream through a funnel into clean glass bottles or jars.

Seal tightly and refrigerate immediately.
Shelf life: Up to 2 months in the fridge. Shake well before each use — natural separation may occur but is normal.
