Homemade Apple Jam Is Quick and Easy to Make

Instructions:

  • Wash, peel, core, and dice the apples.

  • Place the apple pieces with the lemon juice into a large pot and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until soft.

If you want a smooth jam, you can blend the apples with a hand blender. For a chunky consistency, just mash them roughly.
Add the gelling sugar and boil vigorously for 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly.
