Preparation:

First, preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). Spread the fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, and bake for 20–25 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan. Season the chicken fillets and fry for 5–7 minutes on each side.

In the same pan, sauté the garlic, then add the cream. Stir in the Parmesan and chili flakes, and season to taste.

Add the chicken fillets back into the sauce and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
