Healthy No-Bake Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Logs

Directions:


Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.


Add the Oats: Gradually fold in the rolled oats until they are fully incorporated into the mixture. The mixture should be thick and sticky.
Shape the Logs: Using your hands, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into log shapes, about 2 inches long. Place the logs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.


Chill: Once all the logs are shaped, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
