Healthy Chia Seed Crackers

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (125 g) oat flour

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in ½ cup of water (let sit 10–15 minutes)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp dried oregano (optional)

  • Additional water if needed (1–2 tbsp)
