Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

Prepare the meat:
Finely chop the garlic and sauté it briefly in a pan with a little oil.
Add the gyros-style pork and sear it well.
Add the sliced onions and sauté until translucent. Remove the pan from the heat. -
Assemble the casserole:
Drain the pasta and place it in a baking dish.
Sprinkle a layer of cheese over the pasta.
Add the meat and onion mixture on top, then sprinkle over the remaining cheese.
Pour the Hollandaise sauce evenly over everything. -
Bake:
In a preheated oven at 220°C (about 430°F), bake for approx. 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
