GROUND MEAT & CHEESE PUFF PASTRY ROLL This ground meat and cheese roll is a real treat – crispy on the outside, hearty and juicy on the inside!

Ingredients:

  • 500 g ground beef

  • 1 onion, finely diced

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1 egg

  • 100 g breadcrumbs

  • 150 g grated cheese (e.g., Gouda or Emmental)

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp paprika powder

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (approx. 250 g)

  • 1 egg yolk (for brushing)
