Green Detox Drink

Instructions:



1. Add cucumber slices, parsley, and ginger to a blender.

2. Pour in the water and blend until smooth.

3. Strain the mixture using a fine sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother juice.

4. Stir in the lemon juice and honey (if using).

5. Serve chilled in a glass.



How to Drink:
